Latest - 26 October 2026: The Fall roadwork is now complete. All the roads have been graded and a new culvert has been installed at the bottom of the road (near the fire station) through the state land to better preserve that intersection and reduce how muddy it gets. Additionally, the Corporate Resolution on the non-enforcement of CC&Rs has been notarized and added to core documents below. The Local Resources & Tips list has also been updated.
06 October 2026: A community meeting was held on September 12, 2026 to review our core / founding documents. Here are the minutes from that meeting. Please contact the President of the LOA with questions. Roads are being graded and improved as the weather allows.

Dues
Dues are $75 per lot per year and payable by January 31 of each year. Here is your INVOICE for Dues. Dues are due without demand. Help us keep your dues low by paying them each year without us mailing you a reminder.

We're an all volunteer board, please help us out by writing your lot number(s) on the memo line of your check. Please get your lot number(s) from the Catron County Assessor online or if that doesen't work for you, you can contact us.
If you would like a receipt for your dues payment, please be sure to send a self addressed, stamped envelope with your request or a receipt will not be issued. Alternatively, we are happy to hand you one at the annual meeting.
