A community meeting was held on September 12, 2026 to review our core / founding documents. The minutes from that meeting along with the decisions will be posted once available. Our annual meeting has typically been the Saturday after Labor Day around noon/1pm at the pavilion.

Dues are $75 per lot per year and payable by January 31 of each year. Here is your INVOICE for Dues. Dues are due without demand. Help us keep your dues low by paying them each year without us mailing you a reminder.

We're an all volunteer board, please help us out by writing your lot number(s) on the memo line of your check. Please get your lot number(s) from the Catron County Assessor online or if that doesen't work for you, you can contact us.
